One hundred and fifty 8x10 lamda prints of Daido Moriyama’s color photographs taken from the late 1960’s to the mid 1980’s. The show is be accompanied by a 480 page photobook as well. Content-wise the photos cover a wide range of subjects- howevr the nudes scattered throughout the show, shot on commission for Playboy Magazine in Japan may come as a surprise to those less familiar with the more mainstream Provoke-ish monochrome work that Moriyama is know best for. Not one to miss.
