The 20th of each month is when Nippon Camera (left) and Asahi Camera (right) hit the newsstands- these are the June 2016 issues. Each issue of each mag is nearly 300 pages every month- in Nippon Camera I have a monthly two-page #CameraStyle feature- this year it’s titled “Tokyo Leica Style”. The June issue of Asahi Camera has for the past decade been the annual Nobuyoshi Araki special issue- this entry has 24 pages of new work and a few articles- one of which I was very happy to have been asked to contribute to.
