Art Space AM’s latest Araki exhibition continues exhibiting new Polaroid work- however mixed in with this show are vintage instant photos as well. Technically, the latest batches of Polaroid film shows definite improvement over earlier Impossible Project film. It’s interesting how the format’s dimensions (and Araki’s content) are so iconic that seeing them enlarged to this scale is at first slightly disorienting. As usual, Art Space AM has a selection of Araki’s photobooks for sale as well as original polaroids that are available individually at 40,000 yen each.
