A visitor to the gallery had with him a homemade Leica M mount lens. He had drilled a hole in a Leica body-cap and crafted a small housing for a Fujifilm Utsurun-desu disposable camera lens. He set it to be focused at about 5 meters, and since it has a focal length of 28mm and a set aperture of f8 it’s most likely that most things photographed will be reasonably in focus. Because of its single aperture setting he prefers to shoot it on Aperture Priority mode with his Minolta CLE. This is a great idea if you like the look of disposable camera images but want the heft and reliability of a Leica body.
